Mini Programs

Get clear and focused on what you want from the year ahead, exploring possibilities, setting Three Meaningful Goals and an Action to get moving now on each goal.

Goal-Setting for the year is something many people like the idea of, but few people actually do! Early in the year is a great time to refocus the mind and think about what would make a successful year ahead - although this tool can be used any time to set goals for one year from now.

This four page Annual Goal Setting Workbook is fun - and easy to complete. It helps you set  powerful and meaningful goals for the year ahead by answering a series of questions in bite-sized chunks to get clear and focused on what you want from the year ahead.

Understand your interruption sources and patterns, and create an individualised plan to manage them.

Are you wasting time with distractions and interruptions?

Could you be more effective if you were more focused?

If you are always being interrupted (or keep interrupting yourself) this is a powerful awareness raising tool.

You will be able to Identify your unique interruption and interruption patterns - and set actions to reduce/minimise them.

Also included is an appendix of helpful interruption management tips and techniques.

When you are clear on your values you understand what motivates you and de-motivates you. You can then choose goals, activities and people that align with your values and avoid those that contradict them.

This values identification workbook uses a 5 Step process to get to a prioritised set of Top 10 Core Values. When you are clear on your values you understand what drives and motivates you AND what demotivates you. You can then use your values to make more informed life changes and decisions, choosing goals, roles, activities and people that support your values - and avoid those that contradict them.

This workbook derives your values from your passions and interests, instead of picking values from a list of words or going straight to 'SHOULD Value' words - like honesty and respect - where people will often choose values expected of them.

My favourite part of this values process is the prioritisation, which really gets you to challenge assumptions about the way you think you SHOULD be, as opposed to what REALLY matters to YOU...

Until you learn to say ‘No’ you may continue to be stressed and overwhelmed. By learning the situations and times to say ‘No’ too, you can better serve your goals, values and priorities.

This four page workbook will help you understand where you need to say ‘No’ more, how your beliefs about saying ‘No’ could be getting in your way, what your priorities are (enabling you to be clear on why you need to say ‘No’) and also give you plenty of helpful tips and techniques.

Finally you will identify a meaningful 3 step action plan to say ‘No’ when you need to.
